The Brief

Redesigning how professionals present, connect, and create on the world's largest career network.

At LinkedIn, I lead product design across creator and professional identity systems — rethinking the surfaces where a billion professionals express who they are and what they've built. The work spans everything from profile architecture to the creator publishing experience.

The Problem

Professional
identity is static.

Most professional profiles are digital résumés — frozen snapshots with no room for voice, context, or creative work. The tools to express real expertise didn't exist.

Meanwhile, creators on LinkedIn were producing content without purpose-built tools, while members had no way to signal depth beyond a job title and a headshot.

What We Built

Four systems.
One platform.

01

Creator Studio

Designed the end-to-end publishing experience for LinkedIn's 4M+ active creators — from drafting to distribution and analytics.

02

Profile Reimagined

Rebuilt profile architecture to surface work samples, featured content, and skills in a way that feels alive, not archived.

03

Feed Relevance

Redesigned the feed ranking and filtering surfaces so members see signal, not noise — professional content that earns their time.

04

Identity Systems

Established the design system foundations for how professional identity scales across LinkedIn's global product surface.

The best career tool isn't a database of jobs. It's a place where your work speaks for itself.

Design Philosophy

Designing
for ambition.

Professional tools carry weight — they shape careers, open doors, and signal capability to the world. At LinkedIn, the design challenge is ensuring those tools meet the ambition of the people who use them. Every interaction should feel like opportunity.
